Change title of Text component in summary

Description

I would like to be able to change the title of the Text component when summarised. Many of the components have a property summaryTitle which allows for a different title in the summary of that component.
The Text component does not have this property and none of the summary components (Summary or Summary2) have the ability to override the title of the component.

@olemartinorg Unsure if I should make an entirely new issue, but when testing the Summary2 component I see that summaryTitle does not override the label of the component regardless of the component type.

@tina-ahm That sounds like it should be a new issue to me, possibly even a bug report (even though it was never supported in Summary2, it should have been from the start).
