Updating molecular subtyping embryonal analysis for v15 data release

What was your approach?

  • Replaced disease_type_old with pathology_diagnosis
  • Replaced disease-type-new with integrated-diagnosis
  • Refactored logic selecting the variables started with disease to select variables ending with diagnosis
  • Reran module

What GitHub issue does your pull request address?

This PR addresses issue #574.
