Propose dividing primary_site into:

midline = Thalamus|Pons|Spinal Cord|Brain Stem|Midbrain|Hippocampus
hemispheric = Lobe|Cerebellum
other = all other brain regions

@awaanders will help assess accuracy of this prior to updating the clinical file on S3.

Once this information is included as part of the data release, @cbethell will update analyses/sample-distribution-analyses accordingly.
