Ads have not been blocked for the past 4 days, I think. I'm not sure what the problem is but everything is updated, and I followed the instructions I was given. Anytime I click on the extension, it has 0 ads blocked.

Not reproduced on my end. Try to leave only AdGuard extension, update the filters, clear browser data, restart the browser.
Is the site in allow list?
