У нас не повторяется. Можете записать видео с журналом фильтрации от новых записей и до примерного запуска игры? Через уведомления и помощника можно открыть журнал конкретного приложения.

Ещё проверьте, когда касперский выгружен. Если он создаёт локальный VPN - причина в этом.
