Fix BL_PROFILE_TINY_FLUSH (#3695)

## Summary
This fixes the BL_PROFILE_TINY_FLUSH macro. The `amrex` prefix was left
off of the call to `TinyProfiler::MemoryFinalize`.
This produced a compilation error that `TinyProfiler` was not defined.
Note that this is in code that does not have `using namespace amrex`.
