Due to MatterMiners/tardis#303 we can now also drop support for Python 3.6 and Python 3.7

Some work has already been done in #356 but we need to check what else needs to be done. This includes:

  • Remove Python 3.7 tests from CI
  • Check that python libraries are published with a minimum python version of 3.8
  • Probably more stuff
