Error when downloading files from an empty quote #23

Steps to reproduce:

go to an empty quote
click "Download part files" button

Actual result:
"An error occurred while trying to download all files for quote"

Expected result:
I would suggest that the "Download part files" button should be disabled if the quote is empty

Environment: Chrome Version 107.0.5304.110
