GF_PROCESS_CRS should be set to input CRS in geof call #48

This sets the assumed input CRS for geof:

tyler/resources/geof/createGLB.json

Line 6 in ebd492e

"EPSG:7415"

.

So currently it only works for EPSG:7415.
