【禁闻】民众觉醒大陆各界声援法轮功

【新唐人2015年01月13日讯】随着2015年的到来，中共对法轮功的镇压和迫害跨过了15个年头。十多年来，中共当局用尽了各种手段，动用国家机器，倾尽国力，也没能将法轮功打压下去，反而使本身的政权变得岌岌可危。这一切，除了法轮功学员坚持向世人讲清真相之外，正义善良的民众和海内外各界人士对法轮功的支持声援也起到了很大作用。

法轮功发言人张而平表示，在敢于站出来制止中共迫害法轮功的人群中，大陆人权律师的付出是最大的。

据总部位于美国的《明慧网》统计，仅2014年一年，就有不低于500名正义律师在大陆至少26个省、直辖市的中共法庭上，为被迫害的法轮功学员做无罪辩护，他们中的很多人也因此遭到当局打压、骚扰、甚至迫害。

法轮功发言人张而平：“最著名的一个案件，大家可能知道是很多国际媒体关注的‘建三江’案件，很多律师到那为法轮功学员辩护，这个过程中有一些律师甚至被非法拘留，而且至少有四个律师被打断24根肋骨。就是他们这些律师为了捍卫正义，冒着自己生命危险为法轮功学员进行辩护。那么这个情况实际上也不仅仅在黑龙江，包括在四川、吉林在很多其它地区有相似的情况。”

除了轰动国际社会的“建三江事件”，去年12月，湖北律师张科科为法轮功学员做无罪辩护，被赶出法庭并扣押，也曾引起社会极大关注。事件发生的第二天，就有160名律师联署发表严正声明，呼吁人大、最高检进行监督检查，追究审判长和抓人警察的刑事和行政责任。

曾在“建三江事件”中，被地方当局非法拘禁并打断10根肋骨的中国维权律师唐吉田表示，维护正义，是一个律师应该具备的基本品质，在看到一个政权对一群善良的人士进行如此残酷的迫害时，有良知的律师都会站出来发声。

大陆维权律师唐吉田：“官方对公民权利的剥夺可以说一直带有非法性、普遍性、以及公开性，让很多律师难以熟视无睹。另一方面，也是律师，特别是有志于实现保障人权，和实现宪政的律师的职业的要求或者说使命感所在。所以才会有越来越多的律师勇于为这些受害者进行辩护，力图还原事实真相，进一步对违法犯罪追究责任。”

张而平指出，虽然在迫害初期，很多被中共谎言宣传欺骗的民众，表现出了不同程度的不理解、麻木旁观、甚至是敌视，但随着过去15年法轮功学员坚持不懈的讲真相，加上耳闻目睹，有越来越多的觉醒民众站出来为法轮功发声。

张而平：“特别是在最近这些年，由于很多大陆人士能通过突破封锁，看到海外网站。他们对中共活摘器官这个事情也进一步了解了，当中国老百姓一旦了解真相，他们知道该去做什么，应该站在正义一边。”

据《明慧网》报导，自2014年2月份以来，河北省张家口地区2500多名民众，以签名、按手印的方式，谴责中共活体强摘法轮功学员器官这一惊天罪行﹔北京、河北、河南、天津、山东、吉林、湖南等地上万名民众签名按手印，为被非法抓捕的法轮功学员请愿，联名要求彻查中共“活摘”器官罪行。

“权利运动”负责人张建平“作为公权力、作为政权，随便去迫害一个信仰群体，我们大家没有人起来发声的话，那么明天我们就是‘法轮功学员’。大家基于一个这样理念，这样一个认识来为法轮功站台，为受迫害的法轮功成员进行发声。”

张而平还引用中国古谚说：“道不孤，必有邻”。意思就是有道德的人是不会孤立的，一定会有志同道合的人与他相处。他说，不必在意一时被他人的误解，因为法轮功学员们知道这个牺牲可以成就更多的人，相信假以时日，这种为他人着想的无私精神，必会感动更多善良的人。

All Walks of Life Pay Solidarity to Falun Gong

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has repressed
and persecuted Falun Gong for 15 years.
The Communist regime exhausted its means and resources
in the persecution.
Falun Gong still exists, but the regime
has become precarious.
It is all because of the persistent effort of Falun Gong
practitioners to clarify the truth, as well as the solidarity
and support from people both at home and abroad.

Falun Gong spokesman Zhang Erping indicates that among
the courageous people who stand up and resist
the persecution, Chinese human rights lawyers
sacrifice the most.

According to Minghui.org, statistics show that at least
500 lawyers from 26 provinces and municipalities
have conducted court defense for Falun Gong practitioners
in 2014 alone.
Many of them have thus become the victims of the CCP’s
suppression, harassment and even persecution.

Zhang Erping: “The Jiansanjiang case is probably the most
well known, with a lot of international media attention.
Many lawyers went to Jiansanjiang for the trial
but were also illegally detained.
At least four suffered from a total of 24 broken ribs.

They risk their lives to defend the justice
of Falun Gong practitioners.
A similar situation is also seen not just in Heilongjiang,
but also in Sichuan, Jilin and many other areas."

There is also Hubei attorney Zhang Keke who defended
for Falun Gong practitioners last December,
but was driven out of the court and detained.

The day after the incident, as many as 160 Chinese lawyers
issued a solemn statement calling for supervision
and inspection to Congress and Supreme Procuratorate.

They demanded that the judge and the police be held
accountable for criminal and administrative responsibility.

Lawyer Tang Jitian had 10 broken ribs during
the Jiansanjiang incident.
He indicates that safeguarding justice
is a lawyer’s ethical duty.
Any lawyer of conscience will stand up for those kind people
who met with brutal persecution.

Tang Jitian: “The official denial of the citizen’s rights
has always been illegal, ubiquitous, and public.
Many lawyers have found it difficult to turn a blind eye.

On the other hand, the law profession safeguards
human rights and realizes the Constitution.
It is the quest and the mission of the lawyers.

That’s why many more lawyers are courageously defending
the victims, seeking to restore the facts,
in order to bring the criminals accountability."

Zhang Erping explains that in the early stages
of the persecution, many CCP propaganda and lies
have deceived the people, who showed varying degrees
of non-understanding, numbness on the sidelines,
or even hostility.

With the persistent effort of Falun Gong practitioners
for the past 15 years, the truth and the witnesses
have many more people awaken and stand up
for Falun Gong.

Zhang Erping: “Especially after people are able to bypass
the Internet blockade these years, they have gained
further understanding of CCP’s live organ harvesting crime.

When Chinese people learn the facts, they know
what they should do and they stand on the side of justice."

Minghui.org reports revealed that since Feb. 2014,
over 2,500 people in Zhangjiakou region have condemned
the CCP’s heinous forced organ harvesting from Falun Gong
practitioners with their signatures and thumbprints.
There are also tens of thousands of people from Beijing,
Hebei, Henan, Tianjin, Shandong, Jilin, Hunan and other
areas who signed the petition for the illegally arrested
Falun Gong practitioners.
They demanded a thorough investigation
of the CCP’s live organ harvesting crimes.

Human Rights Campaign in China organizer Zhang Jianping:
“When a public authority, the regime, persecutes
a community of faith and we do not speak up,
we will become the ‘Falun Gong practitioners’ tomorrow.
With this concept and understanding, we voice
our concern, and we stand up for the Falun Gong."

Zhang Erping also quoted an old Chinese saying:
He who practices virtue is not alone.
He will have accompaniment.

Therefore, he indicates that temporary misunderstanding
can be ignored.
Falun Gong practitioners are aware of the sacrifices,
and will only achieve more and help more.
They believe, in time, this kind of selfless thinking
will be appreciated by many more people.
